Alex Bryant

Alex is a Co-Founder and partner of Street Realty, formerly Dodson CRE. He began his commercial real estate career in 2007 at Studley, in Houston, where he began his 16-year career as a commercial real estate professional focusing on tenant representation. Prior to co-founding Street, Alex served as President of Brokerage at Dodson CRE, and before that was Vice President at Transwestern in Fort Worth.

Alex’s day-to-day roles include oversight of the brokerage and development activities at the company. In his career, Alex has completed in excess of $750,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions. He has participated as a principal developer & investor in excess of $100,000,000 for the company.

Alex is a graduate of Texas A&M (2006) with a degree in Finance, served 8 years as a board member of LinkEd, is a past member of HOLBA, and is a member of NAIOP, and YPF. Alex is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas, was named 40 under 40 by the Fort Worth business press in 2014, and was Rookie of the Year at Grubb & Ellis Company in 2010.

Alex lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife of 10 years Erin. Alex & Erin have three children, George, Jack, and Beau. George is currently in 2nd grade at All Saints in Fort Worth, and the other two will be joining him soon. Alex and his family enjoy playing music, traveling, golfing, and the outdoors.
