Walloons, projected to open in July 2023, will feature an American grill & raw bar reminiscent of the cozy coastal experiences of the French Quarter in New Orleans. Walloons will provide Fort Worth locals & tourists with a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the 1920’s era former bank location – even the vault will be used to cellar fine wines. Showcasing his wide range of culinary skills, chef Marcus and his team aim to provide an everyday dining option with elevated coastal cuisine including fresh oysters, redfish, grilled steaks, and a great selection of wines and liquors. With its prime location at The 701, Walloons aims to become a go-to destination for dining enthusiasts seeking excellent food and beverage in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

The second new tenant at The 701 is Texas Health Resources, who is opening a medical clinic in the 3rd floor office space. THR was attracted to the 701 because of the convenience hospital district location, ample parking, and long-term relationship with Street Realty’s leasing team, who was able to custom tailor a lease, and associated build-out, to fit the long-term growth plans and brand of THR.

Lastly, The 701 is excited to welcome Monument Realty, the official realtor of the Dallas Cowboys, and recent title sponsor of The PGA District at PGA Frisco.
