Magnolia Village, Fort Worth
The assignment: Find VLK Architects a walkable, urban home for their company’s new HQ. The result: a ~67,000 SF mixed-use development in the heart of Fort Worth’s Magnolia Village. The project consists of two buildings built in 2022 on the surface parking lot of 1920’s historic building.
Rooted in the humble ambitions of turning a few downtown Arlington used car lots into reimagined creative space, Urban Union began in 2016 with a brewery, a bakery, and a handful of office suites.
