Ryan Dodson

Ryan is the Co-Founder and managing partner of Street Realty, formerly Dodson CRE. He began his commercial real estate career in 2002 in conjunction with his father, Jerry Dodson when the two began their 20-year run as active developers and investors in North Texas.

In addition to managing partner at Street Realty, Ryan’s day-to-day roles include feasibility, entitlement, acquisitions, project management, and capitalization. In his career, Ryan has participated as a principal developer & investor in well over $250,000,000 worth of commercial real estate transactions.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (1999) with a degree in marketing & public relations.  During his career, Ryan has served on multiple boards & commissions including 10 years with Downtown Arlington Management Inc, eight years on the City of Mansfield Planning & Zoning commission, two years as Vice Chairman, ten years on the Arlington Children’s Toys Inc. board, two years on North Texas chapter of the Urban Land Institutes small scale development product council, and is currently serving as a board member on the Fort Worth Real Estate Council.

Ryan lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife of 23 years Jessica. Ryan & Jessica have three children, two are currently in high school in Fort Worth, and his oldest is a freshman at the University of Oklahoma. Ryan spends his free time traveling, golfing, hunting, and snow skiing.
